Personal Training for Couples

Small Group Personal Training (3-4 people)

  • 3 to 4 people sharing a workout program
  • All participants have similar goals
  • Much more personal attention than larger classes
  • More accountable with peer support
  • Fun to train together in a small group
  • Make new friends if you don’t know the group
  • Half price to personal training on your own 

Costs - per person based on blocks of 10 sessions


  • 45 min sesssions - £35
  • 60 min sessions - £40


  • 45 min sesssions - £25
  • 60 min sessions - £30

Costs - per person for small group PT

Small group - 50% of each person

  • 45 min sesssions - £15

Individual and Couple Personal Training Blocks

All blocks include a free 1 hour consultation to give you a body MOT, goal set and discuss your nutrition.

45 minute blocks

  • 5x 45 mins = £185
  • 10x 45 mins = £350

60 minute blocks

  • 5x 60 mins = £210
  • 10 x 60 mins = £400

Small group personal training

The small groups will run on a 4-week block system. You pay for 4 classes up front, then you renew every 4 weeks going forward.

45 minute sessions - 4 week block

  • 4x 45 minute sessions = £60

60 minute sessions - 4 week block

  • 4x 60 minute sessions = £80

All personal training options include the following EBC member bonuses:

Body MOT

Don't be a scale monkey! Scales are so inaccurate to measure progress! Your body can fluctuate by up to 5 pounds each day and can leave you feeling deflated if weight loss is your goal.

A full body MOT will give you accurate readings of your body composition to track your progress properly.

The MOT includes:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • BMI (Body mass index)
  • Hip to waist ratio
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate
  • Body fat calliper testing (to find out what percentage of your body is fat)
  • Lean muscle mass (to find out how much of your weight is muscle)


  • £20 for 1 MOT *Free with personal training & Gold memberships
  • £30 for 2 MOT - use second MOT within 6 months of purchase

Sports Massage - Deep Tissue

This can be deep tissue to help relieve tight muscles or a relaxing massage to just de-stress if required.

My massage room is In Buckstone very close to Fairmilehead Park. I also offer massage vouchers for the perfect gift for someone. Please contact me for more information.


  • 1 hour = £45
  • 3x 1 hour = £120 (use within 6 months of purchase)
  • Mobile massage free if EH10 postcode - further is £5 extra per session

Bootcamp Intro Package

Get the most out of your workouts with the Bootcamp Intro package!

I like to offer all new EBC members a discount on personal training and nutrition coaching (Bootcamp Intro) to make sure you start your fitness journey with me on the right foot. This is an introductory offer to be used once if you feel like you need it.

You will get 2 hours with me to make sure you are confident in performing exercises effectively, safely & with correct form.

I will take you through all the main compound exercise's including:

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Kettlebell training
  • Press up
  • Overhead press
  • Core stability

You will also get a full body MOT included with a print out sheet of your stats to take home with you for your records. You can look back in weeks to come at these numbers and see how far you have come since joining EBC!
